Father search

This is more a call than a need of help search, I've used so many search technics already.

My name is Alexandra Sophie Gourdon Ribera. I was born September, 1, 1980 in Nancy France. I search my father. My mother told me his name to be Chris Carter or William Charles Carter from CA USA. He would have known my mother Jocelyne Ribera in November/December 1979.

I'm desperate to know him, and need to know what happened. My mother being dead, she can't tell me more anymore.

In Saturdays episode the Doctor reveals he was a father.

Now is this a reference to the original Dr Who, I recall a girl Susan who called him grandfather. She was also in the unconnected Who movies.

Any ideas on this ?
